2000charge

I was wondering if any of you have experienced issues with the payment via "2000charge.com".
I've bought the XStoryPlayer roughly 5 days ago and haven't heard of them since I transferred the money. Their support isn't answering either, it's as if no one is there. Is this a common problem or am I simply worrying too much ?  |

Hmm I used that service a while back but it took 3 days for them to settle. Did you keep the transaction id they emailed you? They have a support mail link on it. I used it and they replied. Don't know if this helped.
