all of the story mods dont run for 3.5 where i can get 3.0?

You can not, if you read the forums instead making a new, useless post, you would know 3.0 is no longer available

sorry but i only read that the mod`s are not work with 3.5 but is has to be a possibility to downgrade, or may someone have the old instalation files

No, it's not possible to downgrade and it would be illegal for anyone to distribute the old files. The old mods are of interest only for historical purposes anyway if the authors didn't feel they were worth updating.

why would you even want 3.0? all the mods work fine with 3.5, the only exception that is buggy can still be used in DX9 mode, and it's just a compilation of mods that still work. Your best bet is to just get used to modding 3.5 and wait for 4.0 to come out. Mods are kind of at a standstill due to the new engine in the next version. According to the devs is going to be a more final version of the engine that they can build all future builds on. That's the impression i get. so modding for THAT version will be worthwhile because it won't need to be completely re-done every time the game gets an update like it is now. hopefully all the current clothing plugins will be transferable but i suspect anything modding through packs is going to be obsolete. The good mods will be remade and Who knows the devs may even add features that mods haven't even attempted yet =)

i also try to run the mod`s in 3,5 but every time i launch to whole pc crashed if dx9 ... (not weak pc i7 and new gtx)

I'm playing this on a potato of a laptop that's nearly 6 years old and it runs fine in DX9 mode. Mines all AMD though so I can't really give advice on intel issues. I'm also on windows 7 64 bit which can pretty much play anything without issues. Windows 8-10 mehh you could have issues, but nothing you can't overcome by doing a bit of research and making sure you have all the drivers you need installed.
