Oculus Rift Patch

Hello OR users,
To accommodate users with latest Oculus Rift Runtime, a special patch has been added to the account-manager. This allows users with Oculus Rift runtime 0.7.0.0 to run XStoryPlayer in OR mode. Also users with older OR runtime are recommended to update their OR runtime. The new OR runtime seems to be somewhat faster and more stable. Cool, thanks for making us DK2 owners happy!
p.s. Don't forget you need to press F8 to properly enable VR mode, also pressing F9 crashes the game for me now. |

Still can't get it to work!
Says i'm not using the right version, but I reinstalled the patch, do I have to reinstall the game aswell? |

Pressing F9 is an emergency exit. So the app does not crash but exits. |

What error do you see exactly? Make sure your Oculus Runtime is version 0.7.0.0 (the latest version). You can download the Oculus Runtime at the OR site here: https://developer.oculus.com/downloads/ ... r_Windows/ |

I fixed it! But for some reason now my oculus has this like..double vision thing going on. I put it in oculus mode and it's really like bblurry and hurts the eyes. |

Do you have this only with XStoryPlayer or with other Oculus games too? N.b. To toggle between OR and non-OR mode press F8 in XStoryPlayer |

Run the Oculus config utility and create a profile for yourself to set your interpupillary distance. I don't think the game has a way to adjust it from inside, like some VR programs do. |
