Best is to contact ccbill to see why the transaction is declined. We do not have insight in that part of the transaction.

We know that some banks have restrictions when paying online, but best is to contact the ccbill helpdesk and ask them.

Did you use 2000charge, DirectPay? If so the transfer takes about 3 days.

Creditcard payments using ccbill are instant.
