Is there a way to add cloth to multiple packs?

Yes, if you remove or comment the "pack = "pack/pack_dungeon.bin;" in the '_plugin.ini' file of the plugin, it is used for all packs.

The packs do however have to support the new cloth plugin method.
Ask the pack maker if the new cloth plugin is supported for that pack.

for example the evening dress

The first one took alittle bit because i had to figure out some stuff.
Now clothes are done in about an hour or two per char. without texing (i hate texturing...)

Well, your question how long it takes, was very interesting. I took the challenge...
As i said texing is not fun for me so the texture is the UV Snapshot

Anybody has to put some texture on it, its really looking aweful ^^
*Edit* I took me an 1,75h to create it, most the time was fideling with parameters and UVs...
