crash and save error

just bought the game. and it all goes well until im home from the gym. then it crashed and i dont have any saved games left and have to do it all again and it does the same thing again.

I used to get crashes on my old pc, I think it was a graphics card issue, it couldn't handle anti aliasing being switched on. possible spoiler for those who have not yet played through the stories yet, the game would always crash in the schoolroom right before the blowjob from Tiffany.
