and come in mind of an older gentleman or similarly well-to-do, unhurriedly elegant fellow, sitting in a comfy chair with a light drink, the moonlight sonata on the stereo, gentle lighting....and on the floor a few feet in front of him, possibly on a small stage, two-three gorgeous young women 'making love' to each other more or less in languid tune with the music.

('making love' meaning no pussyplay needs be involved. if you understand)

would something like this be at all feasible to do outside of an extensive mod or otherwise externally made scenario? perhaps only as a movie of some sort?

I dont think it would be technically too difficult, just set of animations that start at the same time with the music. Animating the whole thing would be pain in the ass.. And the act would be same every time. Then again, some sort of framework for this kind of think would be handy: you could re-use it in strip clubs and such..
