I think you don't have the rights to write in the folder the game wants to write its file i also think you need to use ponctuation to get a better answer and to allow us to understand you better

Probably talking about his or her save file failing to save or something along that line or it can be that he or she is trying to make a back up of the save and failed becuz it didn't load the save file or also; You will always have to start at the beginning of the part you save at, like when the first lady goes to sleep becuz of the pills, you save then jump back in and she will fall down been u reach her. If not all these then I definitely have a hard time reading then.

EDIT1: Reading the first 3 words, this person need a 100% save file, since he or she save doesn't work, it kept on starting in the beginning of the game, probably each time the save is load.
