 Is there a way to make yourself walk faster?

Post Is there a way to make yourself walk faster?
seriously its slow. I hold shift and walk, and I don't walk any faster. is there a way to fix this with a mod or something?

When you press CTRL+S what framerate (FPS) do you see?

Are you looking down? There's an option in the settings to slow movement when looking down, which you can disable.

its not the frame rate the frame rate gets slow if i have the settings on like...fanTASTIC quality but i never do that so it always runs great.

It confuses me when you've got 50 fps and still your walking slow that's why its better just to use jump run glitch that makes you walk faster.
