Just updated my rig.
CPU = FX-8350 4Ghz
GFX = HD 7870 2Go
8 Go DDR3
FPS ingame ~ 35
Vsync is off, no other apps running and I play at 60fps all other modern games, so I don't know what's wrong

I prefer having V-sync on get strange grafic behaivor with it off, 60fps looks like the limit.

Try different render mode:
DirectX (fullscreen) can speed things up.

I play in directx because the game crash in opengl for me

What error does the trace file give in OpenGl mode?

ERROR: Verify failed in file '.\imp\pc\rendercontext\gl\pixelshader\rc_pixelshader_gl_pc.cpp', line 86: Error
Just noticed something strange. The game is using only one of my 8 cpu core at 100% and not the 7 others, I mean not at all
