I checked the permissions. Only posts that have no replies can be deleted. (Otherwise the forum could get very unreadable).
I think that is a good setting.
N.b. If you nonetheless would like a post delete, please PM me and I will delete it for you.

i have seen many forums with that remove function and i havent seen a problem of unreadable topics
activate this option and you will see how it will be used

I dont think that is a good idea.
Because the are always people who than think the forum gets censored.
I would keep it the way it is right now.

yep with that point the other forums also havent a problem because its decent used brings a little bit clarity at the end it is more freedom > advantage
