Is it possible to meet jenna again somewhere else than her appartement ? like in the swimming-pool ?

I dont think so, i have tried visiting the pool several times during the day when its open with no luck

If you want to revisit Jenna at the pool without complete the game, you have to go to "stories"and click on the second tile and go through the photo shoot again. After completing the game conquering Jenna and Tiffany you can do fast sex and visit her at the pool as much as you want. check out the attached photo from "fast sex".
