 Location in screenshots but not in game.

Post Location in screenshots but not in game.
I've noticed a location called "Cristy's Dorm Room" in one of the screenshots on the website but it's not in the game. See attached. Is this in an upcoming patch? If not could you tell me how to get there and who is Cristy.
