As far as fast sex goes, you can try telling the girls to "crawl" and wait for them to stop moving - they should then remain in the crawl pose on all four, but i think high enough to make the doggy style possible (maybe you'll need to grab the penis to help point it in the proper entrance).
They won't be reacting to what you are doing back there though, or at least i think so.
