@ice2222233333 It takes some time before we get the email data from offbeatr. This is because they will first charge all pledger's. Then they wait to allow for people who's card cannot be charged to try again. Then they wait some time to check for possible credit card abuse. So before we actually get the payout and the pledger's data this takes about 3-4 weeks. Regards xpadmin |
