hey i sent a support ticket to unlock fastsex because i was almost finished with darkdreams and i saved... but somehow it wiped all saves. the response i received was this

To play the stories faster, best is to use the guide you received.
To unlock click on the small grey x the left bottom of the popup dialog.
Also all savepoints can be downloaded using the account-manager.

how do you download saves from account manager?
and what is "To unlock click on the small grey x the left bottom of the popup dialog." referring too?

In the account manager down the bottom of the products list there are 2 that say save games
they are light gray and a little hard to see, just download the one you want and it should automatically get placed in the correct folder
