I had this years ago on a different PC and just remembered it the other day when I got VR. I understand I'll need to repurchase it and that's fine. I just can't get anywhere on the site to purchase it and/or create a new account. I get "HTTP/1.0 404 Not Found" for every page including the support section directly and via links in other topics. |

I typed the URL below and clicked it on another pc, xdox1, kindle and a smart TV's browser and got the same thing. Could the site be blocked for me somehow? |

Some countries and providers have an adult block/filter. Or it could be a setting in your router, maybe a filter is active in there? The site itself is up and running though, so I can not help. You could try to give Xpadmin a PM through this forum, explain and ask if he can help. |

Everything works for me now. My IP was getting blacklisted every time I tried to download the file manager. Xpadmin was very helpful and patient as my IP had to be de-listed several times. I don't know why it was happening, but I was able to download the file on my phone and transfer it to my PC from there. I know it isn't a solution, but the workaround worked for me and might help if anybody else runs into the problem. |
