Hello I bought the game and downloaded the account manager but when try to login it gives me this error
"Login failed: Please check your account -id and internet connection"

It's a problem that only can be fixed by the program makers. Sometimes there is a hiccup with the account manager. Did you get a response on your support request by now?

Yes I got a respond. They said all they can do is give a refund but I don't want refund. I'll try on a different computer maybe that'll work.
