 stocks bugged

Post stocks bugged
I was messing around with mods from the modding form. Before the mods i would say goto stocks and they would go now they keep saying "please not too rough" on all personalities. Removed all mods and cleared saves in save folder still same effect did something get saved somewhere since i reinstalled same effect?
