 account manager crash

Post account manager crash
i just recently purchased xstoryplayer and installed the account manage. the only issue is that it wont actually open. running in compatibility mode doesnt help either. the window pops up for a split second and is immediately gone. any help is really appreciated.

Trie reinstalling the account manager.
