Hi I was wondering if there's a 32bit download cause I can only see 64bit?

I seen posts saying this game works on 32bit so im not sure

The 64 bits version is automatically started when you have a 64 capable system.

If you want to forcestart the 32 bits version, simply rename or move the 64 bits .exe.

To put it more plainly, the download IS the 32 bit version. It's also the 64 bit version. If this is confusing, don't worry about it.
