purchased xsp 4.0 but does not show that i purchased it ?

 purchased xsp 4.0 but does not show that i purchased it ? why does it not show I purchased 4.0 ? I click on it ; in account manager I clicked on 4.0 purchase paid with the game coins thing ? |

4.0 does not exist yet, notice in the column on the end (status) in the account manager it says not yet released. this goes for 5.0 as well.

It is indeed not released, but is should state in the account-manager that you purchased it (if of course you made a pledge or donation that includes version 4, 5). Please contact us regarding this in the support section to help you. |

well I have 3 account login id s so I think I donated 3 times
I know 4.0 not out yet but I was trying to purchase it |
