Launch game probleme

hello all. Here is my problem, I buy the game last night (French time) I installed correctly and wanting to launch it did not wish to with an error message from Windows, help me please I did not pay $9 for nothing :'(

My problem appears when I start the game nothing just shows an error message with this:

sound more like a missing driver or not up to date driver probablem or a missing file because of corrupted file.
