Best is to contact ccbill to see why the transaction is declined. We do not have insight in that part of the transaction. We know that some banks have restrictions when paying online, but best is to contact the ccbill helpdesk and ask them. |

Thank you very much for replying! I have since been able to get the payment through by calling my bank, which was a few hours ago, and I was curious; how will I receive my download? |

Hello zouxlol, Did you use 2000charge, DirectPay? If so the transfer takes about 3 days. Creditcard payments using ccbill are instant. So if you have not received a download-link contact me please in the support section. regards support |
