So I just bought the game, and am unable to install it. I've tried downloading it in firefox, then chrome, running as admin, and every conceivable compatibility - still nothing.

Sometimes I get to the first setup screen before it crashes, but usually I don't. I've included a screenshot - anyone know what to do?

From the screen I can conclude that you cannot install the game. Most likely is that you have an incomplete download.

Best is to download the setup again. I think that should solve the problem. If not, don't hesitate to contact me again on the forum or in the support section.
