The girls don't do anything in version 2.x. They go where you say and take a specific pose, or flop around like a corpse if you have rag doll enabled, then you do what you want to them.

With the gym story, when you pick up enough garbage, you get notified. When you sweep enough (push the mop around all over), you get notified.
