[SOLVED]Payment declined CCbill.com

Hello! I tried purchasing XStory Player 3.0 (full), but my payment was declined from CCbill. However when I checked my bankacc, it looks like there was money drawn. This is however a so called "Protected amount" so idk if the money is actually transferred. Just would like to check if you guys have registered anything from my mail? Also tried contacting ccbill by phone, no answer so I proceeded to contact them by mail but I'm still waiting for an answer.
The mail is the "Follow up to Your Declined CCbill purchase". I've seen some other posts about it, but I thought I'd check anyway.
Edit: CCBill had blocked my BIN number for some reason. The problem is now resolved!

Probably made 2 payment and 2 got declined, they usaly answer fast so hope you get it working.
