Trouble with aol e-mail?

Hey everyone. I am new here and hate to start a topic but I paid for the player and haven't gotten the activation e-mail yet. I have checked the spam folder and my inbox. Have you had issues with aol e-mail should I try a new e-mail address? I'm sure I will find out I did something n00bish but any help would be appriciated.
