 XSP3 Extremely Slow/Laggy

Post XSP3 Extremely Slow/Laggy
I cant even get past the first story of the blond girl running before it becomes too slow. I've tried in both OPENGL and DirectX with same results.


Running...
Win 7 64 bit
3 ghz processor
12 gb mem
Nvidia GTX 770
