I would like to see some better definition and animation of nipples and clits. Sam has almost no areola and none of the girls nipples react to anything. They should react more. Maybe a setting to make them more or less reactive. Also a visable clit would be nice especially for the clamp usage. It should also react a bit. The girls should also react when you touch, pinch, fondle, lick or whatever.

Or even implementation as an optional "minigame".
