I know, I know - MILFs, cougars etc are all the rage, but I would still really love a MILF to be in one of the apartments. Not necessarily ancient looking but something with shapes in all the right places (Monica's ass could be bigger BTW  ). You could either go with the hot/horny one that bangs our hero's brains out or the demure/inexperienced one that gets a visit from the friendly neighborhood creature and reluctantly succumbs. Oh, and while you're at it, maybe give her a daughter (of appropriate age ofc) who finds out that everybody seem to be banging the basement geek and wants to seduce him too ("do me or I'm telling Dad what you did to Mom" should do the trick).

Well technically a 16 year old could be a milf if she had a baby but i think it would be a good idea to make the person older and clear she had a baby. You could get around that but then i think you need to give her a certain age.

Because she has a daughter (> 18 yo)
I think it's a wonderful idea. The perfect idea would be to be able to create custom model of course..

i agree to bartux around 40 is milf g milf /granny milf is around 50/60 with good curves a nice granny would be cool for the game and variation too with a nice story

Ugh, I can't believe I have to explain this...
Mrs. Robinson from "The Graduate" would be the first MILF in cinema, though the term wasn't around until about the mid-90s. It's more about behavior than appearance.

Well, I wouldn't have touched Mrs. Robinson at all... because I didn't find her appearance sexually attractive. So I guess it's about both, with priority on personal preferences, right? And therefor I'd prefer a 21 year old mother...
