 Great game - some ideas

I'm surprised this game is as good as it is even at this stage. It was well worth the money. I did the "Wet Dream" story first and was actually pretty entertained throughout the whole process. I liked all the small things you could do, like logging into the computer, taking photos and such. Very few games in this "genre" do that sort of thing and mostly just focus on "the action", so that's refreshing. The other story was pretty good too, but I liked all the extras in Wet Dream more.

However, as I was playing with the computer, I didn't quite understand what I was doing for a bit and was actually chatting with a lot of the girls on the dating page. I imagine in the future you'll add more interactions with these girls, because I figured out that I was really only supposed to be going for one particular girl. Once I realized the stories were fairly linear, it turned me on to the idea of having multiple stories, but all linked to one big game, and not so much in episodic fashion.

Like, it would be great if you chose your character and started out your game exactly like how Wet Dream starts, except all the girls are available to date and each one has their own particular story and location(s). When you finish with one, you can immediately hook up to the dating site and start looking for others, and then come back and "date" girls you've already finished (if you have a particular favorite). Basically, the game should be more open-ended.

On that same thought, the locales are really well done, but obviously lack other people. I was expecting to see people working out at the gym, but there wasn't any. I imagine this is something that will come in the future, too, when the game is more finished. That could add a lot of voyeuristic opportunities if you like that sort of thing. If such a thing comes and you have the opportunity to interact with many people in an environment, you should probably put a crosshair and have our dialogue only affect the person we're currently looking at/selecting (I only say crosshair, because except for looking in their general direction, you don't really have any notice that they'll accept what you say, and not seeing a confirmation might cause some issues if other people are nearby). And speaking of dialogue, it's great how well you did that. Reminds me of those old adventure games and MUDS where you had key words that advanced the dialogue, but you could say it in any way you wanted. Well done.

Some other thoughts;

Orgasms; I read this is coming soon, so that's good. I was wondering if such a thing was possible. Squirting would be great, too, and/or visible wetness.

Auto-move; It would be nice if after penetration, or some other action, you could set your character on an auto-action and just watch. I imagine that was probably brought up at some point here, too.

Panties; They should probably have some. Heh. A lot of fun is missed when we don't have the chance to take them off, or have them take them off, which leads me to...

More dialogue options/Animations; Animation is probably on the shelf and being worked on, I suppose. Jenna was great because she had that all important "spread your legs" animation while sitting down. Unfortunately Tiffany lacked such a thing. I was sad when masturbation wasn't included as well. And how about scripting? Will it always be a fade-out/fade-in when changing positions? Will they ever have any type of simple-AI where they just do various tasks? I mean, it doesn't have to be all complicated and shit, and this is kind of playing on the above thing with lack of people in locales - at some point, they should probably stop doing what they're doing and do something else and just have a rotation of actions they perform.

Meters; I like the idea of meters that someone else brought up. Most hentai games do this; a mini-game of sorts where you hit "the sweet spot" and it raises your partners arousal. Having such a thing here will be a great addition and give you a guide of sorts to how well you're performing. Ultimately, I think this game should probably be about pleasing the girl in some fashion - when they're happy, you're happy, as in; they do, or let you do, more, and you get more in return... I imagine we're all playing this game for one reason, and making the girl happy so she puts out and goes farther and farther should be the primary goal. Some sort of visual representation of how far you are to the "next level" would be a good addition, because honestly; I kinda got tired of beating the one girl, and eventually I wonder whether or not I've done enough to advance to the next series of actions.

Inventory; It would make sense to have a limited inventory so you can carry a few items, or "quest" items (like the sleeping pills). It breaks the mood when a girl asks you to put a vibrator in her, and of course it's sitting at your house because you're toting around your camera (I mean, I imagined that's what Jenna wanted me to do - bring the camera so she could see the pictures destroyed).

Hmm, I think that's all I have for now. I'll probably stop in here every now and then and pass on my thoughts. Still, on the whole, you guys have done a great job and really do this type of game justice. I'm a big fan of hentai games, but usually a very specific type of game, and sadly those are few and far between. I'm glad to see something I finally like is being developed, so I hope you guys go far.

Oh, and if you want a great map of what you should probably be looking to do (I mean, you're pretty much already there, you're just lacking polish), you should check out the hentai game Artificial Girl 3 by Illusion if you haven't already. It's one of the most well-known and well-liked hentai games out there, and if you could pull in that crowd of fans, you'll definitely go places. However, since you're going with story, you'll probably be more limited since AG3 lets you create your own girls however you want (the gameplay is a lot more simple than yours, but again; open-ended)... though, I suppose you could make a bunch of personality templates that can be applied to a girl you create which will let you do that particular story with your specific girl... actually, that's a really good idea I think - get on it!

Thank you. A lot of the elements you mention are being worked on.

The meters however is something we don't want to add. We think it would be better if the responses of the girl indicate your progress.

The wet dreams story contains a lot of elements that can be expanded, and hopefully will be in the future.

AG3 uses a combination of eyes (of the girl) open /closed to indicate if she is aroused by what's done to her plus verbal indicstion... if you don't like meters, you should abstain from written text on the screen, too and give all the responses of the girl by real sounds / spoken texts

I definitely think it would be awesome if we can get some more organic 'meters' (so to speak) for the girls. The way her expression changes as she gets closer, or the angrier/more frightened she gets if you're doing something she doesn't like (or is afraid of, like DPs), or the way the sweating works (we already got that in game) the more aroused she's getting, etc. If it were possible I wouldn't mind seeing some procedural animations based on how hot and bothered she's getting, but that's probably awhile off yet!

As for the parser/dialogue box, I don't mind it so much. It's pretty unobtrusive for me. But that's just my personal opinion!

For me - personal opinion ;) - it's about as obstrusive as orgasm meters would be. I wouldn't mind to have both..
