I like the general concept of the game, that's why I'm writing this. The 3D-models are quite nice and sexy. But if this is to become a good game, it needs some improvements. I'm trying to be constructive while I point out a couple of things, that, in my opinion, should be improved as i make some suggestions as to how this might be accomplished.
I do also realize, that some of this might require some major programming, but hopefully some of it can be implemented.
- Controls: It's very difficult to get anywhere fast. There is no "instant" run-mode. The character takes a while to pick up speed, and as soon as you get "stuck" on a rail, door or part of a wall, you're down to walking speed again. For example, you've figured out where the larva has gone, have to bring her back to the lab and want to get back up there. This takes to long.
Also it's not that easy to get the penis where it needs to go. You'll almost always have to use different camera angles to position it properly - like you're operating a remote forklift or something
The NPCs should be more responsive to that and maybe "lend a hand". - Why is there a reload on those small levels? The lab/apartement building and the office should work without reload.
- Why can't the player move Saiko or Monica once they've passed out? They seem to be "stuck" there. You can move arms and legs, even "twist" them a bit, but you can't really move them elsewhere or get them into other positions to do nasty things to them. It would improve gameplay and replay value if that was possible. Also if the poses you put them is would hold.
- The camera angles are blocked by the player character when the NPC (Saiko/Monica) is lying on the bed. That shouldn't be. People want to see the money shot. How about a free camera that can be moved into any position?
- Why can't the player get on his knees but only bend them? Let him get down & dirty.
- The level design needs some improvement. Example "The Lab": If this is the characters place to live, why is there only a bed? And why is it next to a plasma generator that looks like a steam pressure tank. There should be a separate bedroom. Where is the bathroom? Where is the computer/laptop to program the experiment or look at internet porn? How about some books, shelfs, magazines to jerk off to? A couch to watch the projection? Some more pictures at the wall with formulas or naked chicks?
Same for Saikos apartement: Where is the kitchen? Why are there no towels in the bathroom, no mirror? Where is her TV? Also the office could use a bit more decorating. - The levels them self look very simple. A 15-year old game like Quake 3 (released in 1999) has way better graphics. These levels remind me of Duke Nukem 3D from 1996. Large rectangular areas, no real lighting and simple textures.
How about some dynamic lighting, different light sources and no "one general light"? Some shadows for the characters? More detailed textures, some cracks and tear in the walls making it a bit more realistic plus the previously mentioned redressing of the "set".

Also the apartment design makes more sense there. It would really improve the game experience, if the world around the player would be more realistic. - Then there is the physics engine. When you move the NPC and then give it a command, it doesn't know here it is resulting in violent moves tearing of clothes or tearing them inside the NPC. Also if there is an object in the way it is violently pushed aside or results in weird shit like this. Or to put it another way: the interaction with other objects needs improvement.
- Versatility/Modding: How about some different clothes / underwear for the characters? Different Hairstyles? That way one 3D-Model could be multiple characters. And if then some attributes like height, breast/ass size can be set, you'll have a range of new characters to fuck without any 3D-modeling work to be done.
