Got to thinking about it, and one aggravation in the game play with both coma and puppet mode is the girls moving when your taking them.

If you position her on the bed, she moves when you thrust.

How about a "hold" button? It would simulate you holding a leg/waist/shoulder etc when thrusting and prevent the girls from sliding/being pushed away. Just bind it to a key and throw an icon on the desk top to indicate if she is being held or not?

Just another suggestion for the very long list!

Yes this "hold position" is good , but remember that puppet mode is not yet at its finest, so it needs more upgrades on it.

The easiest way to implement is already in place. Just make it like the nipple clamps.

Definitely a 'hold' function would be nice, as well as a 'lift' function if possible. So, rather than just hold her hips down, you can lift her up a little. This can work in bondage scenarios, or even in blowjob scenarios where you're holding her head up and back, etc.

As for holding toys in her, another way to get it down 'in story' is to have a harness of sorts. When you type 'harness' in game she puts it on then you just attach the object to one or both orifices, or you can just have one attachment and then you can manually use the other toy in the free/'unfilled' orifice.
