The only way this should be implemented is to add compatibilty for a second Mouse , like in Illusions game Real Kanojo

It might be enough to add a hold function - use (insert) one thing, then toggle hold (keep the equippment's position as-is) which makes single control device free for another tool.
Then, if two tools in use, toggle between the two any time (hold one, control other).
I guess it is feasible.

I second this!
This could work along side the body control rings mentioned in another thread. You could add a control "ring" or whatever to any object and it would be held in place, while you manipulate another object.

Within the game's mechanics, you could also just add a pelvic harness ~nodnods~ and just have an attachment to 'lock' a toy in. It'd have a 'magnetic' effect like the sex machine when hovering an applicable toy.
