This is something I really miss in the game - orgasms due to what happens around the male and female reproduction organs (or other parts of the body for those who might come from having their breasts whipped..)

Right now it's "stick the dick in an orifice, move forth and back, press 1 to ejaculate..." which isn't very - forgive the pun - satisfying for me.

A solution would be the addition of some arousal display, showing how close the male and female partners in the act are to orgasm.
If You think this would break immersion too much, then put in some other ways for the player to see the effect of his action. Have the girls breathe faster, moan or any other appropriate reaction. And give us similiar feedback about the male's arousel state, too. For some people the fun in sex is to stop just before the partner or they themself reach the climax, pause a bit and then start all over again.

Especially an SM scenario would take great advantage from being able to arouse the girl, then deny her the climax until she starts begging for it
The schoolgirl scenario could take advantage from it by either having her complain about the old man being unable to fuck her long enough or by getting her into slut mode when the player is able to keep going longer than her..

So it would not only be some kind of reward for the player - "Well, I managed to stay much longer this time. Seems I'm getting better at the game." - but also a way to enhance future stories.. or even existing ones, should there ever be the need for a rework.

I second this, but I would be remiss if I didn't mention that they've said they're working on female orgasms for v2.2? I definitely want to see it, though!

And I agree about the male orgasm bit. Having an internal orgasm counter/trigger would just make the experience organic. I'd even go so far as having an ejaculate limit, but that's probably very unpopular given everyone wants a bukake finish ALL the time EVERY time haha!

And, yeah, the whole tease/denial thing is hot. I've never seen it in any game I've personally played. I mean, it's been touched on, but I don't think anyone's ever gotten it right.

All sorts of possibilities for 'pleasure simulation'! Couple that with an internal orgasm trigger for the player character and you'll have quite a gem indeed

All this would of course mean that about all of her body would have to be touch sensitive... which might get problematic with items that could either hurt or pleasure. Hit her with the whipstick and it hurts - touch her gently and she might get aroused. Okay, she MIGHT get aroused by the pain, too.. nonetheless the engine would have to be able to distinguish between those options.

Well, the girls already seem able to distinguish, no? I mean, spanking hurts, being whipped hurts...but I see your point, though. Maybe a possible solution is having hidden meters for pain and pleasure dependent on the item used? So, say, an item in-game deemed generally pleasurable would be a vibrator, while a paddle is universally painful. You'd have to strike some sort of balance to convert pain into pleasure? And the inverse could be trading in pleasure for pain if you do it wrong? I don't know, I make it sound so simple (which is indicative of why I'm NOT a programmer -_-).

Another simple solution would be to limit these reactions to just a couple of areas at least at first, such as the nipples/boobs, buttocks (both areas being very responsive already), and of course the crotch.

I don't know, I'm just dreaming at this point of where this game *COULD* go with the proper funding and resources.

I think the distinction between pain and pleasure from the paddle or horse whip shouldn't be limited to certain areas, otherwise that could result in the girl not reacting when hitting her back, for example. I guess the distinction could be defined through means of impact control, meaning that it hurts her more when you strike faster and with greater strength, just like in reality, no?
