New user here going through existing feature requests. This gets my vote as well.

Yes, these kind of things will be focused on more in next version 4.0

We have worked out a new butt and genital physics that is very realistic.
We also plan to add a better skin shader (surface scattering).

These things should give a lot more detail to these important area's.

Don't expect these things soon because we are just working them out, but they will add a lot of realism to the game.
