After unlocking drill, revisit Jenny. Either land on platform or use elevator to get into mining office.

First time I come to her, she says that she busy. second time she do everything properly. and the next I think, I gotta go to plasma portal?

If all went well, you should have the portal plasma and a virtual copy of Jenny. And you are correct, now is time to go to the portal, and maybe visit VR Jenny in the VR booth.

The portal will take you to correct destination, no need to select it on the navigation terminal. Just make sure you turned on the portal itself (land on portal platform to do so).

After that make enough speed and pass through.

First, it was hard to land. I made it, but it lands like that

And then I find out, that you need not only a good speed, but additionally a correct angle to go through portal. After dozens of try I made it! It`s good challenge, but controls isn`t to convenient.
