This game is quite performance hungry and laptops will suffer performance losses (my laptop runs between 5-15 fps...)
However my PC graphics card is apparently the most powerful one on the planet

If it's any consolation, My current rig is:

Motherboard: MSI Z97S SLI Krait Edition
CPU: Intel i7 4770k (o/c'd at a stable 4.0ghz)
GPU: EVGA Geforce GTX 1070 FTW
RAM: 16GB Corsair Vengeance DDR4
Storage: 2 x OCZ 240GB SATAIII SSD
Screen: Acer XB270H with G-Sync enabled

I currently get 40-45 fps maximum. The GPU's due for an upgrade next week (going with the Gigabyte GTX 1080 Ti Aorus Xtreme) but I doubt that will push it much further

The engine's not optimized too well as it stands, but I'm positive the new 4.0 engine will iron out all the big kinks. I've recently spoken with various people here and the project is not dead, just taking longer than usual. My advice would be to subscribe to your chosen posts, setup email notifications and hold tight until you hear news

thanks for the welcome ..its not too bad considering im on a laptop,25/40fps with one girl in the dungeon,17/25 with two and four its like 5/17 haha forget it .. .i enjoy the game.. but two or more girls really strains my system haha

I am kinda new to the forum scene so don't know if I'm in the right place lol :

What I have is a wrong ending to the tentacle dreams (based on my readings), i get as far as following into the cave and just after he thinks to himself "That felt weird" then Saiko says "Peter what are you doing, stop that" then a flash of light then monica says pretty much the same then another flash of light then peter thinks "Oh man that was a mistake i'll never get the girls back now" and I don't even get half way down the cave by this time, when i do get there the only thing there is the little alien I guess I'm supposed to use as bait to lure the big guys off the girls and a portal next to pond of water...

Am I doing something wrong cuz I like started over Umpteen times, search this forum inside and out, re downloaded 3.5, everything I could think of but still end up losing the girls in the cave^ same ending no matter what I do.. HELP! hahaha

i can't dude, she isn't there, and when i go back to the office, she isn't there either. It's at the last part where they are both supposed to come to the basement where you live

Sry miss read what you wrote, then i have no idea as you say both should be there with one big moster each.
