Yes, this is state of the art in the graphics department. For story/RPG/position variety I remember

While Skyrim has the perfect open world, implementation of erotics is not the primary goal of the engine, and thus a lot of manual work is in order. All the other options either have little story, little player interaction or little freedom. Modding is possible in every game, but with varying difficulty. Key to successful modding is a sparkling community, i.e. nexus/loverslab for The Elder Scrolls and hongfire for Japanese games. Both change the game heavily, including, but not limited to extended scripting, uncensoring and cracking. Would you accept this as a developer?

PS: If you are in need for animation files, you should check with the respective communities. The ones created for The-Elder-Scrolls-mods might be CC-licensed or have no license at all; ask for "Arrok". There are some layman modders with Motion Cap equipment, I heard. Animations can also be extracted from most games, then they are copyrighted, of course. But one might use them as a source of inspiration.
