so i managed to change the texture of the saiko and monica
with photoshop cc and the dds plug in (you can download on many sites)
i opened first the pack/pack_dungeon/scenes/textures/character6/body_all_png
changed it and the go to save after save comes nvidia window you choose dx5 and generate mipmaps
thats it
my first result it not pro but usable
install
copy files from folder character7 to pack/pack_dungeon/scenes/character7
and copy files from folder textures to pack/pack_dungeon/scenes/textures
