Xfile Maker error after maya export

Post subject:  Xfile Maker error after maya export
I get this error when trying to Xfile Maker to edit Monica's body, and by edit I mean I opened Maya, set the workspace to C:\downloads\XStoryPlayer 3.5\XStoryPlayer 3.5\pack\pack_character\sources\scenes\character7, imported body.ma, then immediately "Export All" and overwrote body.ma. So frustrating. Whatever I am missing here, the tutorials certainly are missing as well. I will update stuff as I figure them out or get answers, and I hope that is the standard.

Both bodies can not be edited from what i can remember
The first mesh you see is a cut down skin collier and the actual body mesh is scrambled

I'm guessing this is so no one can just steal the models and use them elsewhere

I thought we were able to edit them now. How would I go about increasing breast size then? How did the hip and butt thing happen?

This tutorial should be updated to explicitly warn against this because I wasted a lot of time.
