i've re-downloaded the game(3.5) and the most recent patch and the tutorial. i can't use the filemaker properly. i changed the start.ini file but the file maker does not work. i get a different screen than what i used to. i attached a screenshot of what i get when i click on filemaker. please help.

i wasn't looking to do a tutorial. it was on my account manager to download. i didn't know if it had something to do with the filemaker. i wanted to download some mods. but i cant unpack anything cause i can't figure out the filemaker.
