this could actually be achieved very easily,

only need to change the texture of the default dress of Monica and add a nurse hat


I can manage the nurse dress if you'd like, the hat on the other hand, is out of my knowledge.

can't seem to find the UV for the textures,
if someone could be so kind to help me locate it, or even upload it, so it can be re-textured

The Monica suit contains uv's in the uvSet. Use Maya to edit them.

Attaching objects can be done same way as watch or shoes.
