Yes it is easier to rip her while she's suspended. But overly just make sure her body has nowhere to go. If you really want to play with gaping you could always use the bench, and prepp her near the machine. If machine doesn't run to fast it should go in-out without falling out.

how do you unpack more then one clean dungen pack? I have the rape one and the saiko love party one, every time I unpack it just makes a clean unpack,i want to be able to use both mods?

When you unpacked the original dungon make a folder like Org and move it there then copy it out to normal place rename it to pack_dungeon_butt, pack_dungeon_rape, pack_dungeon_love or what you like and add the mod in that folder.

I once put Monica in chains. I broke both holes, and then decided to be creative by using weights. I shoved one in her ass and it came out of her snatch. Next thing i know chains starts flailing around like it's a Epileptic Techno dance party. Along with Monica.
I managed to get her out but chains didn't stop. I had to reload. It was nuts.
