yep,
for standard clothes, I don't have the answer now, I have to try.
but for other mods like Rezzabae sexy dress,
you just have to add an item to the item list in any _plugin.ini file and specify files that will be used in their respective folder. (don't move textures /object from their folders).
I suppose you can also create a custom folder, with only the _plugin.ini file, copy/paste items declaration from other plugins into this plugin, don't forgot to update items index (item[0], item[1]...),
name your mixed plugin, and it should appear in the fast sex options.
for example:
edit my _plugin.ini in "LMR Lingerie 02" folder,
then add

item[2] // 2 because 0 is already used for bra, 1 for panty
{
object = "#plugin/Sexy Dress/sexyDressShape.obj";
stand_state = "#plugin/Sexy Dress/monicaSexyDressStand_0.dat";

before the last bracket " } "
and now we can see cloth colision limitations of the game engine

hummm, this doesn't happen with standard clothes, maybe I have to set an option in my body.ini file, or... I don't know, xpadmin will help
