So to the point. I'm playing around with Modding and apparently am Missing something that I have no doubt is right in front of my face. First : I'd like to ask Where the textures are located. In a previous post I brought up swapping out the Mucus for the cum in one of the fluids , or adding it to the fluid list at the very least. So I'm willing to test this on my own. Curious if it could be done that easily. Second : How would one modify the right files to allow commands or reactions to already established scenarios. For example - Be able to command Saiko during the "trance blow job" to pee or stand. Or allow us to touch and manipulate when the game normally says "We can't touch that(yet!)" I hope this is clear. If not please say so I'll do my best to clarify. Thanks EDIT: I lied , three things. (my bad) I'm also interested in modifying the bodies of the models themselves not just the textures the models. Is this possible yet? |

Using tentacle dream as the example Textures are located inside a story's scenes\textures and are in dds format Fluids are located pack_tentacle_dreams\init\std\base Main_Base.dat you can change a few things there like the colour and speed etc Editing the characters is done in pack_tentacle_dreams\init\stories\tentacle_dreams\chars then the character you want and find their "Run.dat" and "Ref.dat" Cant touch that yet is done with the characters init.dat under pose ia_type = BODY_TOP_LEGS_ARMS_PRIVATE_SKIN_CLOTHALL; so that the ability to touch all as for adding new charater http://wiki.xmoonproductions.org/index.php?title=Advanced_modding not too sure if this works completely yet i have not tried it myself Hope this information helps |

Remarkably! Admittedly , the wiki though useful , doesn't help much with scripting as to how to make modifications (like add commands or allow commands for example to scenarios that do not normally allow you to command a girl to kneel or what have you , but NOT break scenario(Also possible that my lack of sleep is the cause of this so I'll try again when I'm more awake xD)) But most definitely gives me somewhere to start. So for that I say : Thank you , very much. About the fluids. So the mucus is controlled the same as the fluids? |

Honestly i have not played around with mucus at all but i am making a start to finish tutorial on story making that might be helpful. I'm going for a really high res scene which is why this is taking so long but i want to push the engine to see how much i can get away with visually. (im also making it an architectural render at the same time) |

So after discussing it with Es and playing around till the wee hours with the fluids I'm curious on how the mucus is managed visually? There has to be a texture or object somewhere for it , or somewhere other than the tasks where I can increase just the amount produced. I'm sure I'm missing something , positive it's in front of my face. Maybe it's the whiskey , maybe I'm blind. Unless someone has an answer I imagine this is a question for the developers. |
