The object itself wouldn't be hard, but making the girls wear it might be tricky. Also, it would have to have its own task written. I have other fish to fry, but if someone else can get as far as making the girls wear it, I'll code the rest.

burning, yes, it is a difficult task. I have an idea how to make it easier. Ring decal and open mouth (mouth_state = OPEN; mouth_state_v = 0.4). Need to combine coordinates of mouth and decal (if at all possible). What do you think about this?

The issue with that is that an object can be detected as being in the mouth and thus the code can run. I'm not sure that can work with a decal.
The really tough part is putting it on her. It might have to be treated as a clothing item.

I would wait till we can add utilitys to the body similar to glasses then just build the ring onto the face and force the mouth open
