i have opended the body.ma with the animations (picture 1) what i must do next ?
in wiki it is written the code under 3. do i need copy this ?
and then "Select frame 300 and to Right Mouse Click - Copy. Select free frame 11500 and do Right Mouse Click - Paste (Paste)." where should i do this ?

In the timeline you can create keyframes. When you for example select some joints of the body you see red lines in the timeline.
These are the keyframes for those joints. Also use google for a good tutorial on creating keyframes in Maya.

then i move the knee (picture 2)
and then i set key (picture 3)

from frame 11000 to 11500 the animation of the new bend over pose are in the 500 frames

@eskarn i have finished the tutorial, started xstory player, choosed mod dungeon and then saiko and became this error

Check the char_base.dat and make sure the brackets are correct for every opening { there needs to be a closing }
