When im trying to select de MonicaBB or saikoBB the game crash, Its says on trace.txt:

ERROR: CScnCharAnimMovie::Read: Failed to load bvh, file 'scenes/capture/monica/sit2.bvh' does not exist.

Any help?

It is an animation file missing.
Cant test right now but if the file is missing from that folder I think you can find it in another pack and copy it. Maybe unpack tentacle or any of the dungeon mods.

Or just for a test, copy a bvh file and rename it.

Actually search for the missing animation file in folders defining other bodies. And copy it to the folder with errors

I don't know if its still interesting (maybe i missed the fact that someone found out in meantime), but while playing around with textures and learning how it all works i recognized today why the "raped"-makeup for monica doesn't work:

In [pack-name]\init\stories\dungeon\settings\stat_monsai.dat line 448 it reads:

v3 = "scenes/textures/character6/body_all4_png.dds";

It should read

v3 = "scenes/textures/character7/body_all4_png.dds";

Hmm 6 is Saiko and 7 is Monica as a body reference.

Yeah. And because of that typo the engine tried to put a Saiko-skin on a Monica-body. That led to the messed up "rape"-makeup...

ERROR: GAMESTATE open failed: file 'init/stories/dungeon/init_saiko.dat' cannot be loaded: unknown token why is that?

Redownloading & Reinstalling latest patch through account manager fixed that for me.
